Requirements/Responsibilities
Our Bartenders are required to:
* Know ACFP menu in order to answer guests’ questions and make suggestions
* Have knowledge of alcoholic service laws and standards
* Be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state mandated guidelines
* Have a good knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
* Be able to work in a standing position throughout their shift
* Accurately perform a cash-out at the end of their shift
* Be able to operate a point-of-sale system
* Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
* Practice high sanitary standards, including washing hands frequently
