What you'll be doing...

This position will support CannaCraft’s sales efforts in Southern California by managing the SoCal Sales Team as well as developing and executing sales support and marketing strategies, meeting quarterly goals, and providing guidance and training.

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional with a verifiable record of successfully growing brand share and developing sales strategies within the California cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long term relationships established on trust and have exceptional communication and follow through.

NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN AND RESIDE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Job Duties:

  • Direct and coordinate sales activities in the SoCal market.
  • Coach and manage the SoCal Sales Team while providing support on day-to-day approvals and larger negotiations.
  • Develop strong relationships within the assigned region and build trust through consistent contact and a consultative approach.
  • Work closely with our partners and brand managers to drive and support all marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent higher-level communication with our key partners to strategically grow our relationships, in-store presence, merchandising and shelf space to ultimately increase CannaCraft market share & revenue.
  • Provide detailed reports to Senior Leadership containing sales goals, forecasts, and anticipated inventory needs.
  • Establish regular cadence of 1 on 1 territory meetings with individual Sales Reps as well as larger SoCal Regional team meetings for alignment on goals and strategy.

  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years in similar sales role within the California cannabis industry.
  • Prior account relationships in NorCal preferred.
  • Experience selling consumer products in a consultative sales environment.
  • Persistence, positive attitude, and desire to build market share in the NorCal region
  • Must reside in NorCal and willing to travel approximately 50% of the time within the NorCal region.
  • Experience with CRM systems, G Suite, & Excel.
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be able to sit or stand for hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds
