Track physical inventory of product, allocate inventory and maintain accurate records to ensure quality, shelf life and tracking of product. Individual will be actively involved in the Company Safety program and the long term and short term goals of the department. Ability to work as part of a team is essential. Attendance is an essential function of this job.

This position is for our Distribution Center.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday
2nd Shift: 9:00pm - end of shift


  • Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory of product.
  • Maintain Distribution Center warehouse clean and in order.
  • Allocates inventory against orders.
  • Maintains status of orders through entire process.
  • Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of stock.
  • Maintains and oversees inventory database.
  • Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and/or Experience:

  • One to two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Forklift/Pallet Jack
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel.
  • High understanding of products and production flow from order entry through shipping.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Reasoning Ability:

Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard. Accurately complete detailed forms and reports. Calculate figures and amounts.

Physical Demands:

Ability to use hands to feel objects, tools and controls. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pound boxes and materials occasionally. Ability to regularly stand, walk, and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must have close and distance vision and ability to distinguish colors.


Work Environment:

Frequently required to be in extreme cold environment (processing plant).
