Properly service, repair and maintain equipment operated by the company in compliance with OEM specifications and DOT safety regulations.
1. Must obtain knowledge of basic setter and hatcher operation and the ability to troubleshoot incubation equipment within 180 days of employment
2. Must obtain knowledge of room environment requirements and the ability to troubleshoot and identify causes of nonconformance to those requirements within 180 days of employment
3. To have the ability to perform established preventative maintenance programs on all equipment
4. Must be proficient in the following areas: A. Pipe fitting and plumbing B. Welding and cutting C. Shop machinery, electrical troubleshooting (115 and 208 volt) 5. Must accept that other than normal working hour call-ins will be a requirement of the position. Call-ins to be shared with other maintenance personnel. 6.Safety: A. To be trained in all safety programs--LOTO, Hot work, etc. Within company guide lines. B. How and when to use personal protective equipment.
Reading, writing, analytical skills with High School Degree or equivalent
Valid State Drivers License (Class C). Must posses knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and properly service, repair, and maintain equipment operated by the Company as determined by Management.
Experience with Electrical and control systems
