Individuals with a criminal record have a hard time finding employment. By receiving technical training, web developers will be entering an industry with a low unemployment rate. By becoming a freelance web developer, you will control your own financial and employment destiny.
We have an opportunity for people with records to get a stipend (typical stipends are $1,000-$1,500 a month depending on program) while they're learning to program during our full time or part time program if working another job.
If you want to get a job in programming great, but also consider that when people are hired as independent contractors, no background checks are run. Freelancers are hired based on their portfolio, referrals, and price. During your time at the RebootLA Tech Accelerator, we will train you on how to properly bid a project, how to develop relationships with small business stakeholders and other tech professionals so that you can develop your own book of business.
Sign up by registering using the link above and come meet our instructors and team, and get all of your questions answered EVERY TUESDAY FROM 6PM-7PM PST for a Reboot LA infosession. See firsthand how passionate and effective our instructors are, break free of hesitations and fears, and … start getting excited. Just mention you came from 70 Million Jobs during the Reboot LA/Sabio infosession!
Our online PreWork will prepare you for our coding bootcamp. PreWork comes with 6 hours per week of mentorship from a senior software developer.
If you’re already trained in the basics of coding, you can opt to take a Tech Assessment instead of participating in our PreWork. Please elaborate on your experience when contacting us to opt-out of the PreWork.
Inquire with our 70 Million Jobs representative Seth by emailing "More Information - Reboot LA" in the subject line to [email protected] and we'll set up a call to explain more of how this program works.
If you've ever been interested in coding and development now's the time, and you'll get paid to do it!
