T3 Advisors is seeking a Tenant Rep Broker in the Bay Area to assist in the transaction management, business development, execution, and strategic advisory of global life science companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Invest in your team. Mentor, assist and coach those around you with less experience.
  • Applies expertise to solve unique and complex problems for our clients in a team setting.
  • Establish and grow relationships with prospects, partners and influencers in the Bay Area life science communities.
  • Accountable for top-line revenue growth through new business generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • 2 - 5 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Proven ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Effective communication and networking skills
  • Prior experience working with Life Science Companies
