Provides administrative support to Senior Team, including completion and submission of expense reports, meeting coordination, preparing letters, presentations and spreadsheets. Supports a functional office environment by maintaining adequate inventory of office and kitchen supplies and ensuring office equipment is operational.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain meeting and travel schedules of PPMC President and General Managers of PPMC operating companies
  • Create letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
  • Complete and submit expense reports for senior team members
  • Responsible for sales meeting planning and execution, including time-sharing coordination of company-wide functions
  • Arrange travel for associates
  • Onboard new employees, including set training schedule, order cell phone, computer, and request e-mail address
  • Primary contact for resolution of Denver office issues relating to technology (IT), office equipment & office maintenance
  • Maintain and provide control of kitchen, office and IT supplies. Responsible for office supplies budget
  • Negotiate lease or purchase of office equipment and furnishings
  • Manage office key fob access system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including invoice and expense report packet submissions to A/P
  • Manage all partner agreements and contracts. Keep documents up to date, manage hard copies, e-files and calendar of expirations
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Associate Degree in related field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Must exhibit politeness, confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems
